We are informing all customers that our shipping address has change,

effective immediately. All items that are currently at the warehouse or in transit will be

packaged and shipped on or before December 31,2025 as we will have no access there

after.

We encourage all customers to carefully verify that the correct shipping address is used

when placing online orders.

Any items shipped to the old address after effective date, the company will not be held

responsible.

AIR SHIPMENTS- Are shipped out on Wednesdays (occasionally on Sundays or Tuesdays depending on the quantity of goods) therefore all Air Shipment packages must be delivered at warehouse by latest Wednesday 3pm to be able to ship off, if not, packages will be shipped in the following week on Wednesday. For air shipments the charges are calculated by the weight. Our charges are (US) $3  per pound and 28% for custom charges. Air shipments will be available for pick up in Jamaica by Friday afternoon.

 

SEA SHIPMENTS- Are shipped on Thursdays; therefore all sea shipment packages must be at the warehouse by Tuesday latest Wednesday to be able to container pack.  Freight, goes by cubic measurement length, width and height. These shipments usually take 2 and a half to 3 weeks to reach Jamaica and are ready to be picked up. Our charges are Freight ..... and 28% for custom charges.
